Strange relationships
This article over at AppleInsider details a collaboration between Apple and Gap to offer a free iTunes download to anyone who tries on a pair of Gap jeans. Cool, and all, but I’m not posting because of that. I’m posting because of this little text clipping from Gap’s Executive VP of Marketing. He stated:
“The relationship between jeans and music is a hallmark of Gap’s identity, so we’re thrilled to team up with iTunes to bring this connection to life for our customers.”
Hey, this VP of Marketing stuff is easy! Let me try…
Hmmm… How about:
“The relationship between hypertext and schnauzers has always been a hallmark of neorants.com’s identity, so we’re thrilled to team up with the SPCA to bring this connection to life for our visitors.”
