PALADIN update

Here’s the latest PALADIN screenshot:

PALADIN 0.271

As you can see, PALADIN 0.271 now has an integrated message center, which allows users to message one another within the system. When you first log in it will alert you if you have unread messages in your message center. When tickets are assigned or closed, the ticket owner is notified, with a link to the ticket that has been modified. Parent->child relationships are now in, as well, meaning that one parent account can have many child accounts. This is useful if you’ve got a customer that operates a chain of car dealerships, for instance.

Users can also view their currently open tickets at any time, which, when teamed with the closed ticket notifications, prevents any customers from falling through the cracks.
