As I’ve mentioned before, I get some interesting e-mails from time to time. This is the gibberish e-mail of the day:

A HUGE congrats to gooselady, who finally got the call telling her she has a job for the coming school year! I never doubted, of course. She’s the most qualified woman for the job! But then, I may be a little biased. ;)
Members of a reptile smuggling ring have been arrested in Indiana. Further proof that when reptiles are outlawed, only outlaws will have reptiles. In related news, Indiana’s DNR officers are pansies — in reference to a 7 foot poisonous black mamba: “We’ll get every snake out except that one. We don’t even look at the box. That’s how bad it is.”
Well, my opinion about dentists has changed. First, the guy “receptionist” I talked to at this place I went today was a male dentist who was part of the practice, and was answering the phone because one of his receptionists was late. Cool of him to do. Secondly, they were extremely professional and friendly, and didn’t cause me any undue pain at all. Turns out my aversion to dentists was because I had a bad one back home. I have a follow-up appointment in a week, and had no hassle finding an available slot at all. Best of all, my tooth is fixed now. So you can stop making fun of me, Bret. :p
Well, today I have my first dentist appointment since I moved to Louisville. Yes, it has been a year since I’ve seen the dentist. Yes, I know you’re supposed to see the dentist every 6 months for a regular check-up. But I hate dentist appointments, and not for the usual reasons…
