“New” music pick
I can’t believe I haven’t picked up Metallica’s S&M before now. As many people know, heavy metal has classical roots, and this double-live album has Metallica playing some of their classic stuff along with the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra. This works a lot better than you’re probably thinking. Cool stuff.

Yeah it is good….and hard to believe you didn’t listen to it two years ago when I recommended it….along with POD. I’m sure two years from now you’re going to be like “Hey! The White Stripes rule!!!”. But I digress and will leave you awash in a sea of Norah Jones, John Mayer, and Michael W. Smith. ;-)

Ah yes indeeed. And all I can do is sit here with an ear-to-ear grin, knowing I am superior to those around me. It’s a feeling of sheer power and a real pick-me-up in the morning. Thanks for reminding me, man! ;-)
